CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR SCREEN DESIGNS

Screen Designs is looking for a full or part time creative and energetic Sales and Customer Service Representative to assist with all aspects of our inside/outside sales. The right candidate will be detail oriented, computer savvy and have an enthusiastic personality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES – include but not limited to:

·                Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone consulting about projects, events etc.

·                Learn to work with customized software to write quotes and complete orders

·                Help customers with questions, including product research and providing innovative solution

 PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:

·                Prior experience in the custom apparel industry a PLUS

·                Degree from accredited institution in sales, marketing or related degree a plus

·                Screen printing/digital imaging sales experience of 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education, training and experience with strong skills in work planning and scheduling.

·                Call center experience with developing brand-new customer relationships is a plus

·                Experience in Microsoft Office/Facebook/Instagram/twitter and other social media outlets.

·                Highly organized and Detail Oriented

·                Flexible and adaptive to change, willing to roll-up sleeves and accomplish task required

·                Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work required, to meet the needs of the business

·                Excellent writing and typing skills along with the ability to multitask
