There is a minimum Quantity of 24 pieces For All Embroidery orders purchased through us. This can be a combination of items such as hats, scarves, polos, jackets, sweatshirts etc.
We offer personalization embroidery including names and numbers but will be charged additionally to the logo per item.

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GOODS
THE CLIENT WILL PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 24 ITEMS (CSG) FOR ANY CONTRACT SERVICE PER ORDER/PER DESIGN/PER COLOR WAY.
THE CLIENT AGREES THAT Screen Designs Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR REPLACING OR REPAIRING ANY ITEMS SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENT THAT ARE DAMAGED DURING THE Embellishment AND EMBROIDERY PROCESS.
Screen Designs RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CLIENT SUPPLIED ITEMS THAT Screen Designs DEEMS TO BE UNSUITABLE FOR THE Embellishment OR EMBROIDERY PROCESS.
THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THEIR OWN ITEMS ARE FREE FROM ANY DEFECTS AND FLAWS PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO Screen Designs Inc.
