Experienced Embroiderer for Screen Designs Inc

Reports to: Production Manager and Business Owner

Primary Requirements:

• Good time management skills.

• Computer knowledge a must.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Must be Team Oriented individual/Self Driven

• Assist with Marketing and Growing of the embroidery department.

• Embroidery experience preferred

• Must be willing to have ongoing self -directed training by utilizing online, resources, magazine resources, and/or making phone calls for tech support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage embroidery schedule to meet deadlines, includes the time for quality check.

• ***deadlines to be met, 2 weeks or less once design has been approved by customer.

• Utilize 6 head and single head embroidery machine to decorate apparel.

• Utilize computer to digitize customer designs prior to embroidering.

• Communicate with customers regarding their orders, designs, approval of proofs, etc…

• Keep inventory of embroidery supplies, and communicate with Business Office manager on ordering.

• Learn how to order supplies with direction of business office manager as needed.

• May need to communicate with vendors and/or embroidery tech/help centers to obtain needed information at times.

• Experience: Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

Additional requirements:

Cross train to learn Heat Press and Screen Print.

May need to help pull and fold/box shirts for screen print department/heat press and cleaning may be required.

Participate in marketing events… ie. Business after hours, various networking gatherings, other special events.
