ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR SCREEN DESIGNS

 

Screen Designs is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant/Coordinator with excellent communication skills to support our managers, employees and customers in an enthusiastic, organized and professional manner.   

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Include but not limited to:

Assist with data entry and product research

Handle office tasks, such as filing, email and phones

Greet and assist drop ins to the show room

Assist with production to learn the sales order process from start to finish

Assist with sales orders and follow up phone calls

 

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:

 

Prior administrative and/or customer service experience a plus

Excellent computer skills

Strong attention to detail

Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

Self-motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
