Screen Designs Inc., opened its doors in 1983 as a full service textile screen printer. Since that time Screen Designs Inc. has grown from the basics, to a state of the art, fully automated screen printing and embroidery production facility. Our products include the apparel items that everyone is familiar with, plus a complete line of advertising specialties and promotional items. We are experienced in marketing programs and complete order fulfillment. Our only mission is to succeed by being responsive to our customers needs.

Screen Printing
We have been a full service screen printer for almost 30 years. Our screen printing department currently uses 5 production machines. A small machine prints hats and other unusually shaped or sized items. Our manual machines cater to small and special technique orders. Our 8 color automatic serves the high-quality high-volume market as does our new 12 color automatic. Since day one we have supported our print production with In house artwork and screen engraving.

Embroidery
When you need the statement of quality that only embroidery can offer, we can provide it. Whether you need a simple, tasteful copy of your logo, or a large size intricate rendition of original artwork we can produce it. Here too, our in house art department is our assurance of quality integration.

Design Services
Our art department has grown with the industry. Over twenty years ago our artists labored over light tables hand separating artwork with the assistance of camera and darkroom equipment now considered obsolete. As the technology progressed, we moved along with it. Today we now use computers and up to date versions of graphics programs to provide the digital input and output of both screen printing and embroidery orders. We can develop your ideas using a simple pencil sketch or a by downloading a multi-megabyte computer graphic file.

Laser Etching Services
This exciting new technique offers a variety of decoration options. Etching creates different looks on different fabrics while laser appliqué cutting makes creating multi-colored appliqué lettering and design look quick and easy. Combining both with embroidery results in extra special embellishments.
